By using SignExpert (operated by IshTechnology), including the website, Design Studio, and project-review tools, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What SignExpert is

SignExpert is a preliminary planning, education, and visualization platform. It helps you explore sign options, create preliminary concepts, organize project information, and submit your project for professional review. SignExpert is not the manufacturer or installer of signs and does not itself sell, produce, install, warrant, or permit signs.

2. Concepts & visualizations

Concepts and visualizations you create are preliminary and are not production proofs, engineering drawings, or manufacturing specifications. Colors, scale, lighting, materials, and placement shown in a concept may differ from the final product. Any displayed price or budget range is preliminary guidance and is not a binding quotation. Final artwork and pricing are confirmed by the production provider during professional review.

3. No guarantees

SignExpert does not guarantee permit approval, zoning approval, engineering sign-off, electrical approval, or ADA compliance. Sign requirements vary by location and project and must be verified by a qualified professional before fabrication or installation.

4. Your content & intellectual property

You represent that you own, or are authorized to use, any photographs, logos, artwork, and text you upload. You are responsible for the content you submit. AI-generated names, logos, and designs are not guaranteed to be original or trademark-safe; you are responsible for clearing any marks before use. We will not knowingly process content that infringes third-party rights, is unlawful, or contains hate speech, and we may refuse or remove any content or project at our discretion.

5. Professional review & the production provider

When you submit a project, SignExpert facilitates a handoff to a professional sign provider for a formal quotation, production, and installation. Any final sales agreement, contract, pricing, warranty, and installation is between you and that provider, not SignExpert. SignExpert is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the provider's products or services.

6. Accounts & acceptable use

Some features (uploading files, AI-assisted generation, saving, sharing, and submitting a project) require a verified email. You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignExpert and IshTechnology are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to any amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the local County Court of North Carolina.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date appears at the top. If we make material changes we'll notify signed-in customers.
