Terms of service

By placing an order with SignExpert.shop (operated by ProExpert Holding Inc.), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't order.

1. Orders & pricing

Prices shown on product pages are good for the moment you place the order. Quote-required products are priced individually after we review your request. We reserve the right to cancel orders for products listed at clearly erroneous prices.

2. Artwork & intellectual property

You warrant that you own (or have licensed) the rights to any artwork, logos, or text you submit. SignExpert.shop will not print content that appears to infringe trademarks or copyrights, contain hate speech, or violate any law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Proof approval & production

For most products we send a digital proof after payment. Production starts only after you approve. If you don't respond within 7 days we'll send a reminder; after 30 days the order may be cancelled and refunded less a $35 design fee.

4. Turnaround & shipping

Turnaround times start after proof approval, not at checkout. We use UPS Ground for most shipments; expedited options are available at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Returns & remakes

Custom-printed items are non-returnable. If your order arrives defective or doesn't match the approved proof, email hello@signexpert.shop within 30 days and we'll remake it at no charge.

6. Liability

Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, NC.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date appears at the top. If we make material changes we'll email customers with active orders.
