Accessibility statement

ProExpert Holding Inc. is committed to making SignExpert.shop usable by everyone, regardless of ability or device. This statement covers our current accessibility posture and how to report issues.

Conformance

SignExpert.shop is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level.

What we do today

  • Color contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for UI components, in both light and dark themes.
  • Visible focus indicators on every interactive element; never reliant on color alone.
  • Keyboard navigation across the entire site, including the cart, checkout, and shopping-assistant chat dialog.
  • Semantic HTML — proper headings, landmarks, lists, labeled form fields, ARIA labels where native semantics aren't enough.
  • Screen-reader friendly cart count, error messages, and chat messages via aria-live regions.
  • Touch targets of at least 44×44 px (WCAG 2.5.5).
  • Browser zoom up to 200% supported without horizontal scrolling on common devices.
  • Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion and prefers-color-scheme settings.
  • Alternative text on every product image.

Known gaps

We're still improving. Known areas we're working on:

  • Adding closed captions to product video walkthroughs (rolling out Q3 2026).
  • Standalone artwork preview accessible alt-text generated by AI — in testing.
