SignExpert.shop (“we”, “our”) is a brand of ProExpert Holding Inc. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

What we collect

• Order data: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and the items in your cart.
• Artwork: any files you upload for printing. Stored encrypted at rest.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
• Site analytics: page views, anonymized device/browser type, and IP.
• Chat transcripts: messages exchanged with our shopping assistant, tied to a session token (not your identity unless you provide it).

How we use it

• Fulfilling and shipping your orders.
• Sending order-status and proof-approval emails.
• Customer support and resolving disputes.
• Improving the catalog (aggregate, never individual analysis).
• Sending monthly product updates if you opt in to our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time).

Who we share with

• Fulfillment partners (Signarama, Printful, Stickermule) — we share only what they need to produce and ship your order.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Email/SMS providers — Amazon SES for transactional email.
• Government/legal requests — only when required by law.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. California residents also have rights under the CCPA and Virginia, Connecticut, Colorado, and Utah residents under their respective state laws. Email privacy@signexpert.shop and we'll respond within 30 days.

Retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for tax compliance. Artwork files are kept for 18 months after order completion. Chat transcripts older than 12 months are anonymized.
